The Kibo Connection

One of my most cherished net.moments: a reply from Kibo to a message I posted in alt.religion.kibology about his appearance in Wired Magazine. (Learn more about the Kibo mystique from Yahoo.)

It is?

Currently my favorite is Letraset's revival/modification of Menhart's
Figural, but I have a new favorite every few days. (I do like most
everything Lucian Bernhard ever did, though.)

I like all the Futuras with the exception of Condensed Extrabold and the
dreaded Futura Black.

My favorite Futura is the Demibold Script. Oh, and Steile Futura is
useful for those days where you want something to substitute for Futura
Display while still having something named Futura.

I want to buy a Ford Futura, but I will *not* paint it purple and let
Adam West drive it around.
